Operational principle of ball mill:

This ball mill is a horizontal tube-shaped rotating device, which drives by outer gear, has two bins, lattice-type. Material is entered into the first bin equably by the feed device through the spiral hollow shaft. There are ladder liners or corrugated liner which contains different kinds of steel balls. The centrifugal force generated by the rotating cylinder makes the ball fall from a certain height, which has a severe impact on the materials and takes effect to rubbing. The materials grinded in the first bin then reach at the second bin through the single-layer plate. This bin is set flat plate with steel balls, which grind the material further. The powder is discharged through the stripper then completes the grinding operation.

In this warehouse , there is a ladder scaleboard or ripple scaleboard, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scaleboard, when the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force ,at this time , the steel ball is carried tosome height and falls to make the material grinding and striking. After grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehousefor regrinding with the steel ball and scaleboard. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board andthe end products are completed.

Ball Mill Working Principles:
After being crushed, the feed stock is carried to the superfine ball mill with a conveyer. The milling balls in the ball mill will impact and grind the feedstock by the energy of the rotating ball mill. The crushed feedstock is carried to the self-diffluent micro-powder classifier through a discharging chamber, and completely mixed with air forming a fluid that is classified into coarse and fine powders under the forces of centrifugal classifying blades and the draught of air. The qualified fine powders are collected with a cyclone collector and bag collector. The coarse powders are sent to be re-crushed in the ball mill through the lower part of the classifier.

Performance and Characteristics
The superfine classifying ball mill, is a newly developed combination the technology of super-fine milling and self-distributing fine powder classification, with characteristic of energy saving and high efficiency.
